The best way to add new regions to your subscription is by using the plans page located here.

After clicking on the link above, you will be able to choose which regions you wish to add.

By clicking 'Update Subscription', you will be taken to the check-out page, which details the amount due today. This amount is the prorated charge for the new regions minus the remaining credit from your old subscription. Your original renewal date will remain the same.
